Many years ago Tony Dawes Ex 104 Sigs turned his van into a Honeymoon suite it had a double bed
It was converted into a Temp Caretakers dwelling until Cyclone Marcia destroyed it and it is now where the Amenities block is standing.

After a donation from Thiess Peabody we now have a 5 room Donga and an ammenities block

 
A new Amenities Block Providing hot showers
and Male & Female toilets
The Donga was placed behind the Amenities.
Then In the space behind a retaining wall was erected and foundations for the Donga
to be placed on
5 room Donga was picked up, turned around and
put on the foundations
The 5 room Donga now with shade and power and lights in each room
Uc Dai Loi cottage had a painted concrete floor
And recentlly Trend Interiors Donated a vinyl covering- fitted by our own crew
Stone Masons from Rockhampton City Council designed and constructed our Memmorial

Two sandstone walls have added much needed wall space for plaques
White pebbles around the Memorial looked good, but not suitable long term

In May 2023 Seaview Landscaping upgraded the Memorial and installed 3 x 6 meter flag poles
