Bruce was a friend of Gene Owens. He would come out from Yeppoon with his easil and water colour paints, set up and paint. Now you wont recognise some buildings because they are nolonger there.
There was a collection of originals, however, all that had not been sold were damaged by water duing Cyclone Marcia. Luckily, just after the last one was completed I took them to the CREB where I worked and scanned them all, just in case.
